A Closer look into our Passion
Our soapery didn't just happen upon us, it was a passion leading from creativity. God gives each of us our own unique gifts, ours is creativity! It began with a single stem of flowers, the beauty, the depth of design, the magnitude of complexity found within one little drop of oil cloaked within the blooms. With this little treasure an intricately woven envelope of aromas and fragrances sprouted. After ten years of creating stunning flower bouquets we are now offering our beautiful fragrant-alluring handcrafted soaps. Welcome to our Soapery.
Welcome to Tigerlillies Florist & Soap Emporium! Step inside our little southern, charm-filled apothecary boutique and leave with your very own velvety treasure. Sample the aromas and textures of our small batch, hand-blended bath and body products and enjoy personalized service, a rarity today. The history, beauty and quaintness of this boutique is only enhanced by the history of our little town. Just down the street is the Jacksonville Tomato Bowl. One of the last remaining downtown stadiums in Texas, the Tomato Bowl has a rich 75 year long history. Built during 1930's through the WPA program, the entire stadium is surrounded by rock walls and was built with area rock and local labor!
Partnered to Empower
Each of our sales will now aid in providing women the means to run businesses. This is the path out of poverty for developing nations. Research shows economic growth for women has an extremely important effect. In fact, women reinvest as much as 90% of their income in their families and communities. According to USAID, one in five girls in developing countries who enroll in primary school never finish because when family resources for schooling become scarce, they are reserved for boys. However, women spend more of their earned income on food, healthcare, and education for themselves and their children, including girls. And when 10% more girls go to school, a country’s GDP increases on average by 3%. If we give women the means to earn a living, they will invest it in their daughters as well, helping nations rise out of poverty. #reviveyoursoul
